Description
The swallow was chosen as our national bird in 1962. You can often spot them around the courtyards of Estonian farm houses as they like to nest in barns. To ancient Estonians, the songs of swallows sounded like speeded-up human voices. Even today, we like to say that Estonians are as hard-working as these little birds, catching insects in flight.
Our postcards are handmade from 100% recycled paper and printed with our letterpress on both sides.
